Humble Beginnings (1987): The Tin Shed That Started It All
In 1987, Andrew Poulos founded Ezy Fresh Processing with a simple yet powerful vision—to provide fresh, high-quality processed vegetables to the food industry.
Operating from a modest tin shed, he began supplying a local soup manufacturing business, ensuring every cut, dice, and peel met the highest standards.
The Next Generation & Expanding Reach (1997): Supplying Essential Services
A decade later, Darren and Wayne Poulos joined the business, bringing innovation and efficiency.
Under their leadership, Ezy Fresh Processing grew to supply local hospitals, caterers, clubs, aged care centres, and even baby food manufacturers.
Scaling Up (2007): A Purpose-Built Facility in Wagga Wagga
With demand soaring, Ezy Fresh Processing moved into a custom-built facility in Wagga Wagga, allowing greater production capacity.
The company also earned HACCP and organic certifications, opening doors to major clients across Queensland, Sydney, Melbourne, Echuca, Shepparton, and South Australia.
A New Era (Today): Expanding, Innovating & Elevating Service
In recent years, Kam (A friend of Wayne and a Technical Consultant) and Wade (Wayne’s Son) joined the company, introducing new innovations and expanding operations into Sydney and Melbourne.
The business now serves pet food manufacturers and luxury hotels, further solidifying its reputation as a trusted leader in fresh-cut and processed vegetables.
